Never had a problem with Edelbrock cams or carbs, especially the carbs. Used quite a few. They work great right out of the box. An Edelbrock package got me to 12 second quarter mile times with street tires. Maybe you are looking for more than that. Your list above looks great except I would put the Edelbrock carb in the list. Much better suited than the small Holley or the Rochester that's good for originality IMO.
