O.K. I pulled the gauge unit and it seem's when I take a test light from grd. to the metal on the back of the gauge assem.
It lights up now I'm thinking that the metal panel is now hot when it shouldn't be right ?

I alway's get freaked out whenever there's a problem with the bird.
