Dear sir The first response that you received is correct the emblems are etched in the glass. I am under the understanding that they were only put on the first few hundred cars of the assembly line in 68 before they ran out. I dont believe they were an option, at any rate they are very rare. I have one for the right side but I dont think I am willing to part with it.
