I'm going to go ahead and use the short block the way it is. I'll just clean up any little surface problems it has, then put in the comp extreme energy cam 274# Edelbrock complete 87cc heads, hi-tech chrome-moley pushrods, comp cams aluminum roller rockers, edelbrock performer intake, aluminum high flow water pump, and speed demon 750 carb with the msd dristributer. Then I'm done.
When I finish with my front disc brake conversion, the motor will go back in and i can start working on the body while I smoke off em old tires
