28k? I like the original rebuilt 400...with aluminum E heads. Car shows no 400 bumper, grills or trunklid, motor not original to car and was likely NOT a true 400 car.
About 10k overpriced if it was anything other than a 400 off the line then add $500 to fix that CB/shortwave antenna.
IMO, buy a convertible that needs paint and has the original engine. So you can build it the way you want and paint it the color you want.
