I have a friend who purchased a '67 HT with a 326 and a powerglide. He says the person he bought it from is the original owner and told him the hood (with hood scoupes) was the factory item. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this for him, as he intends a full restoration. I was under the impression that if you didn't have the 400 motor, you didn't have scoops, and if it was a RA setup the scoops were closed off. Can someone shed some light on this for me please?
