Hiya birdword, that might have been me. I was in the area, picking up a fuel pump at NAPA. Turns out I don't need it, but it's nice to have it around. I like to come up to the main store, since the local NAPA likes to deal with jobbers. Walk ins seem to be an inconvenience for them. And when I tell them it's for a '69 Pontiac, their eyes roll.

I'm not sure about 69' but I do know that 68' fuel pumps are still available from g.m.
