Just have a little finish sanding left to do. The car has an appointment with the painter on the 15th. FINALLY! Thank God too, cause I've almost pushed it out and set it on fire several times already. I should have it back by the end of next week, then I get to start putting it all together (and hunting down the rest of the missing parts. Maybe by this time next year I'll actually get to drive it.

Sounds like you're reaching the end. It must be a great feeling getting this close. Let us know how the paint goes.

Hey Bjorn, actually that is the very rare dealer installed lock option! But seriously, I have a trunk lock. It's in a box someplace that I haven't found yet.

The paint is actually a 2007 Chevy color, code 27 (Cobalt Red.)
It's the closest I found to the original 69 Matador Red.
