I seen these things at a logging show in Demings, Washington a few years ago, they had V8's, Nissan 4cyl ones etc, about 10 in all competing...what a hoot. D@mn good thing they cut fast, with that weight!
When you factor in the weight, the saw is a pos compared to regular ones. Many of the upper end Husqvarnas (ima' grad from Husky University) and Stils, with a properly sharpened chain, will eat up that size log, in a little over double that amount of time. I don't rember the engine specks, but they are somewhere in th 80 to 120 cc displacment range, if it's that much.
