As you're on Photobucket, just click the 3rd yellow box below your pic within Photobucket (it should flash the word Copied), then Paste that in your signature box within My Profile under My Stuff above. I use Paint Shop Pro but there are freeware programs to resize as well. just google "freeware photo resize" or something along that line. I found a free Vista alternative that works very well though.
