Use only if existing finish is dull/needs touch up. Will not work on otherwise rebuilt booster. You will have to take and get plated. IMO, plating is the better option in the long run.

There is a company in Cincinnati, Partco that will rebuild and gold plate for around $135. They were recommended by a local parts supplier and by a gentleman in the local GTO club.
