Just run into an issue w/ water pump. Engine builder done away with old pump. Parts store is telling me there are 2 pumps shown for 69 FB 400ci. 3 31/32 and 4 15/32 height. I knew there were 2 but mine having 11 bolts, thought it would be no problem. Any way anybody got an idea which I need. block date nov 68, build date 2nd week Dec. 68. Also read where cast blades are better? Thanks again

Mine is Jxx8 build Nov 68 car, it has the long water pump. The cast impeller gives good cooling performance, it's what Pontiac used.

If you want to be certain, get the numbers off your water pump and crank pullies to cross reference with the parts index on my site.
