Hello everyone I own a 69 350 with a quadrajet and was wondering if anyone has a diagram of the proper way to hook up Vacuum lines. I just bought the car not too long ago and im convinced I have some leaks so I would like to replace all my hoses, and I think some are missing or not installed properly.
Can I add to the question, and ask about the vacuum canister for a 69? I believe this is specific to A/C cars, but I am not sure how it's connected into the vacuum circuit.
Ah. I see said the blind man. On the other hand mine never had P/brakes or the the thermo vac switch. Maybe it's on a different page or maybe they didn't cover every configuration available. I suppose it would be an awefully thick book if they did.
My 12 year old and her friends communicate in some language I can't even understand, and my son and his friends battle to see who can use fewer letters on their side of a conversation.

I added one to mine. It gets the vents open quicker. It must have been in the works because there were dimples in the firewall to accept the 1970 Firebird version. It looks like a plastic soft ball. The big cars had it in 69. One of my 69 Firebird parts cars had it in place and it looked like it was factory. If anyone is interested I can post a picture of it.
I have a water control valve that I will put in. When the time comes, I will need to ask someone for a picture or vacuum routing for that valve.
I wonder where I can find a bracket to the fender well, I don't see they are reproduced. I have a new original style replacement which can be mounted to the bracket if I had it.
