I bought this from Classic. It says you need it for the deluxe door panels. I dont see any holes in the inner door that it would line up with?? Any pictures???
Thanks

see the handle has 4 holes, you'll end up using one of the round hold for one screen and the other screw will line up with the other cross horizontal hole. Let me see if I can get you a pic today.
Yeah, I tried to make a wrench like that this past weekend without heat. Had a vice grip and a rubber mallet... Needless to say, my wrench now no longer has the closed end on it. But it actually worked out okay.. It made the wrench short enough that I was able to get in under the doorhandle and tighten the screws. It took forever because each turn was probably 1/8th of a turn, but it finally got done...
oh and just wait until you have the pleasure of installing that lil $@#&*%! screw that holds the deluxe door handle onto the shaft..
Finally got it all together. However I don't have those screws. Any ideas as to the size and thread specs, so I can get some?? Or are they specialty items ($10 each from classic? LOL)

I could not find them for sale anywhere and they are completely out of sight, so I just went to Lowes and purchased a couple of screws with 1/4" heads on them since I found that it was impossible to get a screwdriver down there.
I want to say that the thread size was 8/32 or something to that effect and I think I used either 1/2" or 3/4" screws.. I just purchased them last weekend and put them on last weekend and Im drawing a blank. I would carefully thread some test screws into the hole while it is apart to get the proper size as that is what I did. But the only way I was able to get the screws in once the handle was in place was with a 1/4" wrench and a great deal of time, frustration, and swearing. I would have included a beer or 2, but then that would have made me have to add even more time, frustration, and swearing. So I had the beers after I was done.
I just took mine off yesterday. I have the screws at home. PM me a reminder and I will measure them for you.
It was a black screw with a 1/4" head, about 3/4" long.
