I am about to reinstall newly painted front clip. What is the correct procedure to make everything smooth. I dont want to chip new paint. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

For starters, I would loosely bolt the inners to the outer fenders and start fitting them. When I think that I'm close, then I try the hood. Don't forget the layers of masking tape on the edges to help stop the paint chipping.....

Thanks. I did that first on pass side but had to take it back off to add the fender extention and to mount front bumper. Also cocktail shakers, do they go on after fender? I know...I didn't take it apart....long story.

I don't worry about those parts until I get the fenders right. All you need up front is the core support. When you get the fenders right with the doors and the hood the rest will fit good enough.
