so I buy this set..I know where the 2 sets go but there is a piece of rubber[just 1-it's on the right in the picture] I have know idea where it goes...any help would be great

I still have mine hanging up on the pegboard...I think it's kind of similiar to those factories in china throwing in a few extra or a few to few screws in things just to mess us up!

This installation instruction is for Camaro, don't know if the fifth seal was ever used on Firebirds.

Well if that is where it is supposed to go, I will never be installing it. No good way to get to it without pulling a lot of stuff off.

Well I even stumped Classic Industries....and Thank You Snow Cruiser.

I think I'll prob. agree with Catalina....but will check on the weekend to see if it's a PITA to put on...or hang it on a pegboard like David

You also have to have the correct metal bracket to attach it to.

I brought this exact issue up a few months ago and somebody posted a photo of the 5th seal and bracket on their Firebird. Do a search and you will find it.

The installation of this seal is shown in the '67 Camaro Factory Assembly Manual that I have.
