I have new rocker panel molding plus the installation kit from Ames. There was not any directions. I was hoping some one could help before I try and guess.

It looks like I need to attach the approx 18 inch support bars (2 on each side) Where do they go? The paintshop bondo'd the holes on the rocker panel.

You install them so you can just see the body seam. Just below the sill. Since they have the fold tab you can use that to help line up with the rocker bend.

Not sure I am tracking. You line them up so they are almost the same height (almost) as the rocker under the door? And, the tab goes on the bottom?

My Birds have their trim on but I found a picture of this one that has the fastener strips without the trim. It will give you an idea where they go. You mount them so the trim just shows the body seam....
