Anyone have a scanned template or just the measurements for the center hole for a '69? I have searched for a while for the location of the hole and only found some info for a 67-68 firebird, but would that work on a '69. Im thinking it wouldnt change much between the two years considering the hoods are the same, but maybe im wrong.
All I have is the 67/68, but I'm not sure if they would have changed the location at all for 69? This was typically done as an assembly line job and not always in the exact same spot every time anyway...
This looks good, but bear in mind if you are using a T/A repro hood, it need to go to the driver's side a bit more since the scoops are long and reach almost to the back of the hood.

Both numbers matching. My first love was a Cameo White 67 326 Coupe, bought back in 1983, at the age of 17, for $1,200. Been hooked since on PONTIAC! The location for the hood tach is the same for '67, '68 and '69. Also it's the same for OHC, 350 and 400 hoods. T/A hoods don't get hood tachs. The T/A got the dash mounted tach
