My 68 Bird is an original non-AC with 350 and power steering and I have installed a Vintage Air AC system although I haven't got the pulleys and belts worked out yet. From the alignment of the existing pulleys and the new AC unit, it appears I should just be able to replace the belt that currently goes around the crank pulley, water pump and alternator with a longer belt that goes around the crank pulley, alternator and AC unit. The other belt will still drive the water pump and power steering. Does anyone see a problem with this thought? My background is definitely not mechanical and any advice or direction is appreciated
