I was just looking at a 68 Autumn Bronze coupe on Ebay Item number: 120265967460. I ran the tag on the analyser and from the lettering I believe that the car originally had a Ivory vinyl roof. Would you all agree with me? Also how can I check it has all original drivetrain and what options it had from the factory? Ballpark value anyone? Thanks in advance.
That is nice! I don't think it had a different color roof because the color designation for lower is the same as upper on the tag. I would go right for the VIN on the block to see if it has the original engine. It looks like it should be the original. I really like it and it's my favorite color. I would venture a guestimate of value at $20-$25K depending on the condtion of the body and if it's as nice as it looks.
You are probably correct, I wasn't sure if it was I-1 or I-I. But the car has PS, PB, AC, power side mirror, passenger vanity mirrors, center console, safe T track rear end, no disc brakes though.
$30K might be fair market value. It's a very nice, numbers matching, 400 car. I can't believe I sold a 67 400 numbers matching car in great shape for $11K 5 years ago. A member here too!
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure.
