hey there maybe somone can give me some advice i took off my old starter replacing it with the new there was a purple wire and a yellow i belive that went on the old starter i am really not sure where they go on the new one? i am looking at the new one right now and i see 2 bolts coming out next to the main power bolt they say "r" and "s" please help me out on this one thank you.... dave
Good to see ya figured it out. I can't tell from my crappy schematic what color wires go to the starter. I'd have to break open my '69 Pontiac Service Manual.
