I recently installed a passenger side rear view mirror on my '67 bird due to neck surgery (on me, not the bird; grin); I was hoping it would help with lane changes. Two questions, was this an option in '67 and second, how the heck do you adjust this mirror. I can't seem to get it adjusted to see the right hand lane. Thanks.

dont think 67 had that as option....not 100% though...

'67 did NOT have this as an option, so if you bought a left hand mirror that is not specifically designed to also be used on the right side you will have difficulty adjusting it.

Try rotating the mirror head before rocking it into position.

I have the same mirror on my 68 now and I too cannot get it adjustable to where it is useful. Don't care though because I will almost always have the top down anyway.
