What's the trick to installing the glove box liner (on an AC car?) It doesn't fit up from underneath or through the hole in the dash. Do I have to remove all the AC ducts that I just put in?

It will need to go in with the opening up, from under the dash. Then you rotate the opening to the front. It's tight, but it will go in with a little effort.
Oh, you have A/C. It shouldn't be to different from non-A/C. But then I've only done non-A/C.
Hey John, How did you "fold" it? The repo I got is all stapled together. I'd have to pull out the staples to fold it up.
Tom/Bjorn, I still don't see how it wil go in there. The AC duct to the right dash vent is in the way to get it in from underneath. There's only about 2 - 3 inches between the duct work and the bottom of the dash.
I tried turning it and going from the front but not enough room to get it all the way through the opening (and then turn it.)

Hold on here, don't screw up your glove box! All you have to do is remove the a/c outlet by taking out one screw, slide it forward and remove the hose from it, drop the hose down out of the way, and it slides right in from the bottom. If you try to do it from the front, you will mess it up.

One screw is all it takes. Remove the screw, angle the outlet down and back, the top is held in by a tab that will slide out. Take off the hose and drop it down.
