I think the real question is, what is the cross reference to the BBS codes? They use some TL, TQ etc. codes and those don't match the marketing guide or the GM parts number.

because Gary Plowman's 1967 Body broadcast copy

has a TQ. He has the 554 custom trim option that comes standard with deluxe wheel discs. He doesnt have any other options on billing history that indicate extra cost wheel discs, so I think TQ is the deluxe.
