What is the best and cheapest way to ship aerosol paint cans?

USPS is the only place that will take them without hazardous materials charges.

I would check with places Like Bill Hursch Paints. (My choice for the correct engine paints) http://www.hirschauto.com/ as they ship them all day long? They should be able to give you some info on their shipping methods...

Not sure about in the U.S. but up here you cannot ship them via Air parcel. I am a postman in Canada. Had a fellow FGF'er from the U.S. send me some Testors paint (thanks again) for my emblems and if i recall correctly he had to ship them via post office ground service They were giving him a hard time at first.

UPS will not allow them in the air system, they must be ground shipped.

Thanks all. Yeah I have some Hirsch paint and some trunk paint left over when I did my Bird. It's just sitting around so I thought I might start clearing some stuff out.
