Looking to buy a set of 69 Ram Air III exhaust manifolds and replace my existing stock 400 manifolds. Will these be a direct replacment or will I need to modify my Flowmaster pipes to match?
See the different part numbers for the GTO and Firebird? Specifically HO, RAII and RAIII? if they fit, they would have the same part numbers, both GTO and Firebird.

You could get away with using "log manifolds" which were of poor performance on a GTO and Firebird, with exception that you would have to reroute new downpipes from manifolds back.

You only need to replace the exhaust headpipes when installing long branch manifolds, if the rest of the system is good. And of course the rotated oil filter housing adapter.

I am sure he, or the exhaust shop would have figured that out...nit-picker.

Pointing out the obvious is one of my specialties.
