I bought a working AM radio out of a 68 Bird for $30 and installed a speaker in the dash. Bought a AM FM CD player with a remote and a 6 disc CD changer also with a remote and mounted both of them in a case in the trunk under the rear package shelf. Stock radio looks great in the dash and the real stereo is out of sight and out of the way. The system sounds great and no one has a clue where it is.
jes, can you post a pic of how it look in your trunk?
Thanks!
