It would be nice to have a post that has a pic of the car and the specifics on the springs that are used. Also needed are some specifics on engine and under hood options like Alum heads,AC,PS,PB etc. A measurement from the the center of the wheel to the fender lip would be needed.
I hate to buy a set of front or rear springs only to get a stance I don’t like. This could save time and money. Any interest ?

68 Conv 455 96 heads, long branch exhaust, stock iron intake non A/C th400 tranny, and new rubber body mounts. No vibration dampaner in the front. The springs are the Hotchkis BB chevy ones. This picture is right after they were installed and shows a tad bit higher then it should be. I would assume it will settle more after some use and once all the interior and some of the other odds and end are installed.
Are those 14 or 15's ? Can you give a measurement from center of center cap to the fender lip ? The big block hotchkis springs are 1906F they were supposed to drop the front 2" but it sure doesn't look like they did.

Your right that it doesn't look like it. I think when I took the pick it was right after I put the springs in and got the tires on and set it back down off the jack. I hadn't even rolled it forward or back yet. Probably a deceptive picture to post as the install was to new but was the only one I had. I think it has already settled a good bit as I have loosened all the arm bolts and rolled it around after that picture.
The rims are 15x8 wheel vintiques.
The car is stored for the winter 30 miles out so It may be a few days before I can get a measurement.
