Can anyone tell me the overall length of the parking brake guide? This is the metal bar with the hooks on both ends that hooks on to the intermediate cable. I am putting my system together with modifications and can't find my original parts to compare.

Rocky, The cable guide is 12" long. There's one on eBay but it doesn't state the length.

Tom, I modified and installed front seats from a 99 Camaro (leather and power driver's side) and as you know, the console is from a 98 Trans Am. I hope to be able to drive it this summer and finish the body as it's rolling.
Thanks for the ebay link, but I ended up bending a 1/4" rod with about 10" from hook to hook and the parking brake set up is now working.

It sounds awesome when you kick open the secondaries. Unless that's the sound of the gas tank sucking dry. I'll have to find a way to record it and post the clip.
