I've been researching transmission crossmembers.
I think I got the dimensions right:
Firebird crossmembers always had the mounting holes centered.
Camaro L6 and SB were centered.
Camaro BB were offset (both auto and manual).

Did all the (non-TH400) Firebird crossmembers look like the one pictured below?
I've seen one picture of a reputed 69 Firebird crossmember that was just a single piece, just the top part, not an assembly. Any idea what that is from?? It looks pretty flimsy compared to the other ones.
Any other versions used on Firebirds?

Mine is not an assembly. It's one heavy stamping. It doesn't look like your picture.

Sounds like that picture I saw of the 69 Firebird crossmember. Was this crossmember used throughout the Firebird models in 69?

The crossmember I showed above only used on 67 and 68, correct?

I think the one I have is used on ST300, TH350, and manual transmission cars. TH400 is different.

Can I get some other confirmations that 67/68 crossmembers were like the one pictured and the 69 was a 1-piece stamping (non-TH400)?

The one pictured looks like a Camaro BB part (read $$) and I want to make sure I get my facts straight to update the crossmember section of the site.

My th350 crossmember for my 69 was one solid pc, not like the one pictured. The th400 looks different as well.
