I BLEW THE AC RELAY. AFTER I REPLACED IT TURNED ON THE BLOWER EVEN WITH THE KEY OFF. I THEN REPLACED THE AC RESISTOR BLOCK. AGAIN NO POWER ON AND THE FAN IS BLOWING ON HIGH. WITH EVERTHING SHUT OFF AC AND HEATER STILL COME ON WITH KEY OFF? SUGGESTIONS ANYONE

Someone has the blower hot wired. No way should it have power with the key off. Make sure you keep the battery disconnected until you find the hot wire. Look for an extra wire going up to the heater controls.
