I have 4 '69 intakes here and all look exactly the same except for one. It has a big X in the front by the gm # and none of the others have it. Any of you ever see this on an intake?? What does it mean?

can't help much on the big X question, but would you be interested in selling one of the intakes? I am looking for a stock 69-72 intake to do some testing with.

The "X" was sometimes used to denote either an experimental mold or a mold (casting mold) that was to be retired rather than re-used.
