Adding a power booster was just covered in another thread. All in all very easy, remove m/c from firewall & pull gently to allow enough room for the booster. Slip booster into place and reinstall m/c. All in all very simple project with a huge payoff.
Adding/installing front disc brakes has also been covered multiple times, you may want to search the threads. I am also just about to undertake this project as well. I have everything just need to find the time...
