so what ya think, a 3 row radiator or a 4 row radiator for a 350 engine... autozone has 3 row hd for 192...

3 row should do nicely, 4 row for numerically high rear or a lot of city driving.

IMO with our FGF hot issues, I wouldn't even consider anything but a 4 row...

I've not seen 350s as having heat issues unless they are missing shrouds or running numerically high gears with an auto trans.

400s are a different story altogether.

well,350 engine, i believe I have stock gears, and i swapped out the powerglide for a turbo 350 trans. and I do have a shroud on it..

Both Vikki and 68400 have good points. My 68 had a 350 2 barrel with a 2.78 rear end originaly and the 3 row worked fine for many years. Once I put the 455 in everything changed and I needed a bigger radiator. So if you think you might go to a bigger or modified engine / rear end in the future, then your best bet is to put a 4 row in now and you won't have to spend more money to change it later.

Can tell you from personal experiance as well, the 3 row that worked great in the 350 is having issues with the new 428. I'm probably going to go aluminum.
