I wonder if anyone knows how thick the two bolt spacers are that go between the power steering pump and the steering pump bracket for a 1968 V8 Firebird. The spacers on mine are gone and the last owner used washers. The pulley does not line up perfect so I think he got the thickness wrong plus I want to buy stock style spacers for a better look. Thank you!
GO to one of those hardware stores that has everything. Look in the nut and bolt section and you will find metal bushing 1/2 in. thick. Maybe even in chrome. Goodluck. Race it on saturday Show it on sunday
I have seen two diffrent kinds of spacers that you are talking about. One was like a realy thick washer and the other was like a cuped washer. I don't know the thickness It would be next weekend before I could find out.
