made a deal for a new quarter panel in trade for 2 partials james needed. the 1/4 wasnt new but it was present. it was damaged upon inspection when i got home. asked james to replace it which he agreed he knew of the damage and agreed to replace it but needed time to do so. after further waiting i was told to get f'd and i told james to return my parts so i could sell them and i would return his. he told me he sold them a while back due to being hard up for cash to which i looked at his photobucket page and saw the very 1/4's i asked to have returned screwed onto the side of his car. after much negotiation and debate i was to lick the sweat of his $@*% and to get f'd.... ibe written off the loss as i know he'll never man up but many have bought other parts from him without even a hint of him delivering or refunding the money's. a list of them as follows i know of....

no reason to lock or delete , unless it gets ugly and off topic. Only businnes I have had with James was that he asked me to take a $20 check from him to forward as paypal to "donate" to this site, since he didnt have paypal. (figure I`d show the positive side of him also)...I know he got thru a divorce and moved out....thats all I know.
In my case (and another former FGFer) he sold the same radio twice...first as a '69 to one member, who sent it back saying it was in fact a '68, but the money was never refunded. Then I bought the same radio, and never received it.
There is more to it as well but he's had ample opportunity to make good and has made no effort to do so and has ignored all attempts to contact him.

Also, it is my opinion that one person who makes 100 transactions and has 1 bad issue or experience is par for the course.
Someone who has 6 issues over the same 100 transactions must have extremely bad luck or there is a glitch in your expectations, dealings or manner on how you conduct business.
I have had a few issues as a seller over the past 9 years. Probably well over 400 Pontiac only transactions, maybe close to 65k and had 3 issues. And I remember all 3.
I would look within to solve your problem.

i havent checked this thread for some time but chose to tonight. his dealings with several went somewhat smoothly until he decided people here owed him something. ontop of his wife kicking him out, he was facing 7+ yrs prison time ontop of the jail time for neglect of a dependant. this is when problems began arising and everyone who began having dealings with him began to get short changed and $%^&#'d up the tail pipe. hope hes doing time for what hes done but god says to bless those who do you over. god bless him and pass the ammunition wont forget that one anytime soon!!! wonder how that chevy truck he bought is doing.... hmmmmm

I have usually considered bringing up a persons past, allegations, truth or otherwise improper.
When I go to a police run and we are there to deal with issue "A", it pains me to hear "A" did this 2 years ago, that 8 years ago etc.
Not taking anything away from your complaint, but it's done and over with and the guy hasn't been here for quite awhile. I suggest you let this go and move on. Harboring this issue continuously serves no purpose as I believe your original post in this thread is enough of a "beware" as to illicit the proper intent of the message to stay away.
