Ok, so I have been trying to figure out what is under the hood. By the passenger side on the front of the block is DAP 8 and under that is 19131.
Here is a pic of the code on the block. It looks like an F was stamped then a B in the same place but lower...weird...and the other letter is a C.
I can try and get a better pic with my camera later.

The block code should either be a W* or Y*. W for manual trans and Y for auto trans. Yes, better pics will help determine what you have.

Could it be a mis-stamp?

Was probably rebuilt at sometime in it's life and the machine shop stamped it for tracking purposes.
