When I plug in the horn to the harness nothing happens. When I try to ground the horn it makes the relay on the firewall chatter. When it is bolted on and the chattering stops, the horn doesn't work when the steering wheel cap is pressed. Any ideas as to where to start??? This happens with the ignition on or off. Any ideas where to start
Double check the wiring connections to the relay and make sure they are correct. If you reverse the black wires than the relay will just chatter when voltage is applied
