He advertises an original 400 firebird bumper that is rechromed. I purchased it only to receive a HAND DRILLED non 400 bumper. On top of that, he relisted the auction again on ebay before he shipped my bumper, and I've found 2 dents on it!
I sent an email immediately upon receipt with pictures, only to not receive a reply. It took 2 weeks and 3 emails to hear back from the guy, and he still hasn't made good on it. So now I'm stuck with this non 400 bumper.
The guy committed fraud and won't back up his products. A real jerk....
I thought Ebays new policy was, in your case..You send money, gets put in escrow, he ships you bumper, you inspect, you then give the OK to release funds.
If that isn't the new payment method, I was misinformed. How did you pay? You have recourse if you look.

I used paypal, and yeah, I can try and fight this. I tried to fight another transaction previously, and it wasn't easy. But even when I do this- what's to stop him from doing this to the next guy...
There was no escrow on this. He shipped after I paid.
