There are endless threads discussing this. Probably every other month or so...

Do yourself a favor and research this topic. It seems for some reason everyone makes this mistake, self included, of trying to stuff tires that are just too big under our FGF. For example, I bumped up to 15" Rally IIs and went with 225/15/70. Bottom line is this, for my setup which is almost completely stock, 225s are too big, both front and back rub under certain conditions.
The front rub when turning the wheel all the way in either direction. The back rub when people are in the back seat and you go over a dip in the road. Both of which are annoying IMO. Other people are willing to put up with an ocassional rubbing just to have the bigger rubber. Not me...
Personally, I do like the 15" Rally IIs vs. the 14s. However, I would only go with a 215/70 if I were to do it over. I beleive they would fit almost perfectly. Just my $.02
PS for that gorgeous bird of yours, I would seriously consider a set of red lines. I know they are not cheap but man you talk about striking, esp. with your car color WOWOWOW!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmmmmmm... Gold with redlines. Now who would do something like that??

Your car stuck out as soon as I saw it. It is beautiful. I lingered around for a while hoping to meet you. I was there friday at 10am and stayed for the drag racing. I brought my truck because I didnt know what I was going to buy!
Thanks. The truth is, we were there two years ago and won in our class, however the last two years have taken it's toll on the ole girl and she is really starting to get a bit rough around the edges so to speak. Between the 9 year old, 2k Amish paint job and the fact that the car has been driven 18k+ miles in the last 20 months, she is begining to look a bit rough.
I'm running BF Goodrich Radial TA's, 245/60/R14 in the rear and 205/70/R14 in the front. No rubbing or fit issues on stock ralley II's. Good tire and resonably priced. Which is good cause the rears wear out quick.
