Thanks Bjorn. I'll get on the L list soon.
First time to chime in this EVENT. I'm near Denver and offering support. Can't take lead on anything in the list, but i'm in for helping where I can locally. I'll contact David. Sorry I missed the voice conferences.
Jay

Jerry (Dad) will be driving from Buffalo NY area. He'll work with all on that area caravan out.

OK, Here is the website for this years First Generation Firebird national meet.

http://fgfcannonbirdrun.yolasite.com/

It has been named the Cannobird Run by majority vote. Its still in the works, but you will be able to get a general idea of what it looks like. All of the pages are ACTIVE , this means that if you put yourself on the Travel Route Map, you will be there unless you contact me to be removed, if you RSVP, you will be counted, and the Contact Us page is live as well. Please feel free to check it out and give any feedback, suggestions, or opinions.

You can contact me through here, the L-List, the contact us link on the site, or [email protected] , or [email protected]

I also started a new thread here in Show Organization, just to keep track!

Thank You in Advance,

Jerry Shelton

ok, its on....who has their room(s)reserved? who has registered!??

I have...a few from HALF will be there...
OK Guys (and Gals)

If you have not yet done so, this is what is needed:

Please go here to register for the car show... if you are going alone it is $95 for the Car show and all the events at the Cannonbird Run Event (see website), additional people ar $55 and again includes the dinners and such..

http://www.fgfcannonbirdrun.com

find registration at "store"

If you haven't reserved your room yet, you need to call the YMCA Estes Park or go to their website... here are the instructions...

For guests reserving Lodge (hotel) rooms in Rams Horn, Wind River, Alpen Inn, or Mt. Ypsilon:

First, your participants should go to our website at www.ymcarockies.org and then:

1. Hold your cursor over "Make Reservations" near the top, right of the home page. Click on "Group, Conference, Retreats and Family Reunions".

2. Click on "Group Reservations for Estes Park Center" near the bottom of the next page.

3. Type in E20971 for the Group ID and 165225 for the password.

4. Click "Log In" and your Group information will appear. Read the information, and click "Continue"

5. Make a room reservation by filling out your arrival & departure dates and entering the number of people staying in your room. Select the room type you would like. A nightly average will appear to the right of each accommodation.

To finish the reservation click the reserve button for your desired accommodation. You will then fill out information needed for a confirmation and asked for a deposit of 35% of your total stay.

When the reservation is completed it will give you your confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not get this in a timely manner feel free to contact Reservations@ 888-613-9622 so that we can send another copy out to you.

If you would like to come in earlier or stay longer, you will need to make your reservation on-line first for the dates of the group. Then you will need to call our Central Reservations office @ 888-613-9622 to add the additional nights to your group reservation. Please have your reservation number handy.

You also have the option to call our Central Reservations office @ 888-613-9622 (Mountain Time, 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week) to make your reservation.
