All of a sudden my lighting goes crazy. I step on ythe brakes and the parking lights in front go on??? Put on the right blinker and rear tail light goes on as supposed to but also the both parking lights in front. I put on the left blinker and both tail lights blink. They did work at the beginning oif the summer. Any ideas as to where to start??? Thanks

I agree. My '67 has some wierd issues when bulbs are not properly grounded. Most of my issues were traced to a poorly grounded driver's side kick-panel light socket.

The tail lamp housing is the ground for the bulbs, make sure the sockets are good and clean and the housing as well. I use a dab or two of dielectric grease inside each socket as well to help keep moisture and corrosion away.
Turn and "grind" the housings into whatever holds them. Such as into the tail light housings.
In my case, I had a bad connection of the kick panel housing where it sits inside a metal plate holder bolted to the underdash. This plate had a small ring of rust that created an intermediate ground.
Took me a couple of weeks to find that one.

When you buy the bulbs, buy ten packs. Down here in Florida I save about $20 that way. When I replaced all the bulbs in the gauges I got 5 2 packs and the total came to $22.96 then the girl said hold on and went to the back and got a box of ten. The total then came up to $2.75. It's funny how they'll try to screw you that way.
