I need to replace several body panels in my 69 bird. YearOne and Classic Industries both offer panels. Classic Industries is cheaper on their panel prices. So the question is does one have a better panel than the other?
I think I got a fender extension for mine from Year one, Goodmark is the manufacturer. Very good quality. Check to see who makes their sheet metal. I think Goodmark may sell independently as well, not sure though.
A lot of their parts are "cheaper", but their shipping can sometimes be double or triple the competition.
I'd recommend you compare "total cost" prices.
All of the panels are likely Goodmark, which is pretty good.
You should also check Matts Classic Bowties for sheetmetal, as well as New Parts Depot (NPD)
I personally used Matts, and was very happy.
