Why is it that if you cross the North Korean border illegally you get thrown in prison and get 12 years of hard labor......
...if you cross the Iranian border while out supposedly leisurely hiking in the hills, you get arrested and imprisoned.....
....but if you cross the U.S. border illegally, you get a driver's license, a Social Security card and free health care!!!

Just one of the many reasons we decided to home school our 11 y/o Son when we moved to FL two years ago. It's working out so well my only regret is that we didn't do the same with our older two!
A followup to the 6-year-old; the school board voted unamously last night to reduce such illegal weapons charges of K-1st grade offenders to 3-5 days suspension.
"School board member John Mackenzie told The Associated Press before the meeting that he was surprised school officials did not use common sense and disregard the policy in Zachary's case." AP
