I bought front and rear bumpers and they were junk. Everything is made by a 10 year old boy in Taiwan. The Goodmark bumpers are even made there. I got mine from Restoration World but I dont remember who made them. They looked like they spent about 5 seconds prepping the metal before chrome. I'm still in the process of finding a rechrome shop and it's going to cost more than the "New bumpers" Good luck Pete --Kyle

I used http://www.tricityplating.com/ with no problems. Did a nice job. Just make sure the bumpers fit how you like first. My front bumper could fit better.
I bought front and rear repops from Ames several years ago (5). I must say, the fit was perfect and the finish IMO is decent. The back one has no issues at all and the only issue with the front is the bottom edge that is closest to the grills and that you see when standing looking at the car, the chrome is not perfect at all. Not sure why, but this is the ONLY place where the chrome is not super shiny and smooth, it's a bit rough.
However, the fit of the front bumper is perfect. I will say, it did take several hours of fine tuning and adjusting all the bolts etc. to get it lined up just right with the front edge of the fenders but I would expect that even with an OEM bumper...
