Got back from a trip on Thurs. went back to work Friday, wife called about 11 and said she went to WALMART and left her purse in the buggy! Well .... At this point we've terminated CC's, extra set of keys we in there house and car, all that plus..... just sucks!

been there, done that...had wallet stolen once in 72, had my "green card" in it that time...thief bought $400 worth of tires w my CC, of course I didnt have to pay fr them , but a "green card" is not that easy to replace as its considered "sold on the black market"....helps to become a citizen! lol
funny part is the green cards being called that since they were green long time ago, was actually blue!
I hear you on this topic. Left for Buffalo at 8pm Weds. 9pm Thurs. we were a half hour from our Daughter's house on the NYS Thruway I-90. Driving in the far right lane with cruise on 65. Out of nowhere an 8-point buck jumps the guard rail right into the path of our van. Yeah, SOB basically totalled our G-20 3/4 ton conv. van. I'll post pics later on. Luckily, somehow the truck is actually still drivable although the entire front end is smashed, the passenger door is completely destoyed and non operable. The side door is completely buckeled in, the front right fender is completely destroyed as well. The bummer is, we only have liability ins. because it's a 1995. Like we haven't been through enough already. Always something!
I had my wallet stolen right out my office (briefcase) of a 4 trailer site office complex, deadbeat posing as an ironworker or rodbuster waltzed right in while I was in a meeting. All the goof purchased on my cc before I shut them down was a pair of sneakers and 3 packs of smokes...LOL. Got my $300 PDA tho...that sucked.
Yea, other than cancelling CC's it's been kinda painless, RIGHT NOW. My daughter camera was in there and all the pics we took were on there, bummer! Kinda up swing ...we found the keys to house/work/van, she had left them in my truck for some unknown reason (now we know why) I just wish we could get the photo's back.....

we had 4 items of jewelry of my wifes stole out of our house 4 weeks ago. inside job noless. i was changing transmission fluid on my sons car, my son out side at the dog kennel. my sons x girl friend alone in the house. found one piece with polices help at a jewelry pawn shop, with the girls name on recept .other three items no show. she was the omly visitor in our house that week the jewelry turned up missing. insurance will take care of part- minus $ 500. deductable. but will not replace the items that i gave my wife on special occasions. looks like i will have to lock the bedroom door when visitors are at the house. and i guess i am going to buy a safe. a shame a person cant trust people invited in to your own home!

sorry to see the damage it did to your van, too many deer any more . my old toyota truck became a target of one a couple of months ago . its a 1992 liabillty coverage on it only.
yes we have a detective on it i have been checking with him every few days. the pawn shop is in another county. that means another county police involved. i talked to the detective a couple of days ago he was suppose to go and pick her up.
If it was hit that hard it likely just laid down inside the treeline and died.....likely the antlers are still there....but the rest the coyotes etc ate...
OMG!! She found the purse!!! IT was in the van.... now before you ask me if I looked in there? NO, I trusted her to look there, because if I did she would ask " do you not trust me to find it in the van.." Well against my better judgement I didn't and my oldest daughter brought it in yesterday PM! WOW!!! At least we have everything back including the vacc. pic's!!!!
