Why do all of you live so far away from me.???. If you all could just move alot closer to me till I get my parts that I need and my car done, then you all can just go away,,
i live in n.e. indiana. several(+10) members live in northwest ohio. between us im sure we have enough parts to build as many cars as there are poeple near you!!!!

due to budget cutbacks, the light at the end of the tunnel has been disconnected for non payment.
i've got 10+ engines, 8 transmissions, an 5 rears. i know others who have panels, trim, interiors, etc.... ife we all got together we surely could put our expertese together and have several built within a few months time!!! only thing holding us all back is that pesky thing they call money$$$$$ !!

As a matter of fact,, I have been trying to find a decent 68 deluxe steering wheel.. I just missed the one John had for sale a couple of weeks ago.. ya got one??
I have a nice '68 deluxe wheel I offered up to a member several weeks ago but I guess he's not interested.
Black, complete with horn button, only a few minor cracks, no missing chunks or hub blowout. Easily restorable with the Eastwood kit. I bought it to replace the really trashed dark turquoise wheel in the '68 but I am not sure that a color change is a good long term solution. So the turquoise wheel will be recast.
I also have a new in the box three spoke Grant wheel with wood rim, Grant install kit and horn kit. All new in box, save off catalog price.

you are in a good spot , seems like people around east tenn. think chevy ,and ford was the only muscle cars made. pontiac people are few. that means finding parts are even harder to find.
I'd like to get what I paid for the wheel, $350. Photos available via email, just pm where to send them to. I am open to negotiation to a partial trade for one of the few parts I need, such as a really nice matched manual console woodgrain pieces or a front left '68 shaker.

Hey, I asked first, lol.. .. what is a shaker,??. Is that the scoop on the hood,???
shaker is the steel canister that bolts to the core support, inner fenderwell and fender extension. It exists only on convertibles. I bought one on eBay but as soon as the blaster touched it it became no good. Pics on the way.
