Has anyone every installed a Heater Control Assembly in a 1968 Bird? I just bought a used one from Ebay with cables (Non-A/C). When I bought my Bird the assembly was missing.


Any advice would be apprciated. Thanks

Are you installing the heater box as well or just the controls and cables?
It's fairly easy to install the control in the dash and connect the cables to the heater box. The middle one can be a pain to get to though.

I'm just installing the control and cables.

The Question is, Is it difficult and are there ani Installtion guide lines.

If you have the glove box liner, radio, control out the cables should go in pretty easy reaching thru the openings. simple screw holding the cable clips on.
