I am trying to hook up my new radio andon the fuse block there are terminals that read ACC, BAT, ETC. What are these and what can I use them for?

You'll want main power to the ACC(accessory)terminal and the radio clock/memory wire to the BAT(battery, hot all the time)
If the radio has a backlight then you can hook that to the LMPS(lamps)terminal, although most newer radios don't use the cars lamp circuit.
