Other than replace the top A friend of mine had a similar problem and used a bicycle tube repair kit (patches) and it seemed to do the trick.It's a low buck fix and maybe it would work for you. Or you could use some vinyl and some adhesive and go that route.Do you just want to keep it from getting larger and the inclement weather to stay out? Good luck. David.

Okay, I'll be more specific. How about one of those canvas tent repair kits? (better?) That was assuming that a specific convertible top repair kit wasn't available. Good to know such things exist!
It sounds crazy but I have used small patches that "Iron On" - the kind used to repair jeans and other clothing - just cut the size patch you need from the assortment of colors available - tan, white, black, etc. and hold a board or something else stiff under the top and use a regular household electric iron to heat up the patch and set it up to adhere. It works, it's cheap, and it holds for a very long time.
